Website Analytics

We use website analytics, including Google Tag Manager and, when enabled, Plausible, to understand page visits and tool usage. Google Tag Manager can load other analytics tags. Cookie and data collection behavior depends on the enabled tags; we do not describe all site analytics as cookie-free. Our audit events do not include the entered domain or report contents.

Contact Information

When you contact us via email or our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, business domain, selected service, and message) solely to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about small-business security, automation, and tools. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Public Audits and Saved Reports

A public audit reads DNS records and requests public website resources. It does not sign in, submit forms, or change the site. Please note:

• No account creation required to use the tools
• Audit results remain in page memory unless you download them or explicitly save a snapshot. Saved snapshots use local browser storage and can be removed from Saved audit history.
• Basic usage events may be recorded. Audit findings are not sent in those events. Hosting and abuse-prevention systems may retain request metadata.
• Choosing the contact link can temporarily carry your audit summary in session storage for up to one hour, so you can review it before sending.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers process information needed to operate the site, including Netlify for hosting and forms, hCaptcha for abuse prevention, newsletter delivery services, and AI providers when you use the learning tools. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Analytics and abuse-prevention services may use cookies or similar technologies. Saved audit history uses local storage on your device; clearing site data removes those snapshots. Browser privacy settings can restrict storage and third-party tracking.
